Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase

Return Address
Please do not send your return to the address on the package.
To ensure your return is processed correctly, please contact us first at supportnorvessa@gmail.com. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and detailed return instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We'll review your case and work quickly to provide a suitable solution.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please request a return and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items (where applicable)
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
